I presume when you say you ejaculate, you're talking about masturbation over your past experiences, not reliving your experiences in a dream and consequently having a wet dream. I wouldn't call it porn because it is a memory of actually having sex with someone who knew you personally and chose to have sex with you, as opposed to a video of someone who you have never met that will be watched by loads of other men (and possibly some women too). That said, masturbating over actual experiences from ages back still makes me feel bad, and so it is highly questionable whether it is a good idea.
