Sunday I saw some images but not PMO ... today also some pictures / videos, not PMO but it was more difficult ... it's time to stop doing that turn off the pc once you have temptations brothers But day 9, despite the difficulties! Happy to reserve the essence.
3 days, friends. Have a plan for the rough patches, and stay focused on your goals. Some days are easier than others, but the challenging times will come, so you just need to be prepared for how you'll work through them. For me, I have a list of things I can move my attention to, when the urges come. This includes such activities as: exercising, doing a crossword puzzle, meditating, reading a good book, playing my guitar, playing an immersive videogame, learning a new recipe, listening to a good podcast, calling a friend, taking a class on youtube, playing with the cat ... anything, ANYTHING positive to keep one's mind and body busy until the urges subside, which they will do, which the ALWAYS do, in time.
Day 3/90 It's really hard guys to control the temptation. The biggest champion in this world is one who control his own emotions and temptations. Be a champion.
