    I tried hard to not watch porn but as 24 hour passes i got more and more urges, finally ended up watching porn for 3-4 hour and mastributing more than 5 time.
    Today i am starting fresh with new goal.

    Its okay to relapse but its not okay if u give up on nofap. U need to be more systematic. Find a way and keep finding it. We will all see through this one day my friend.

    I relapsed today too. I'm 24, but I just went 40 days! I can do another 40. Eventually I will rewire where my brain finds other things to occupy itself. I need to quit the shame!
