I would imagine anything that isn't caustic, abrasive, already filthy or loaded with high concentrations of alcohol would be fair game to use on your penis.

 

Why don't you have time to shower.? You can get funky if you don't shower No one will care that your dick is clean.

 

In that case, do not use baby wipes. It's likely going to create an environment unsuited for the cream's active ingredients to work in. Just clean your dick with some water man. Your washbasin should be low enough to work. It shouldn't take any more than 2 minutes.

The guy is just asking for advice. Nobody asked you to go out of your way and volunteer an answer. To add to that, most of the advice given so far is not suitable. I speak as a medical student. It's good that people express doubts and ask for clarification on matters, even as simple as this.
