Dannnnnng I was so close to relapsing last night...but at least i was thinking about something fairly “normal” and not something from the recent porn-induced rabbit hole of depravity haha.

my plan today is to wear myself out physically so I don’t even have time or energy left when my head hits the pillow.

 

Relapsed on day 3 (past yesterday). Tomorrow will be better
