Hello Fapstronauts, So i back here with the review of my 2 weeks i.e. 14 days... Its feels a calm, free from tensions of future, simply feeling carefree and joyfull... In this 14 days i did n't have any urges to PMO, so its feel very awesome n yeah its hard to pass that 14 days without high release of dopamine...but regular gyming and cold shower helps me a lot.....reading a book called "The Miracle of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale helps me to motivate myself to get away from those desires of PMO... because if you want to succeed you have to believe in yourself that you can do.....and if you can't do yourself so think of those people whom you love and care about then you go one mile more.... Changes That i have noticed: 1. Increased Confidence. 2. less anger 3. feeling joyfull 4. More Stamina 5. Easy to wake up early at 5:00 am, needs less sleep 6. More Concentration in Studies and better memory 7. Glowing eyes and skin Today, when i came back from gym and in between the way of my home, lot of girls noticed me.... Tips : Dont think about dirty thinks......Always make your self busy....try to socalize.....join gym or go for swimming...Read some motivation books... "YOU WILL SUCCEED, IF YOU HAVE THAT PATIENCE TO ACHIEVE THAT SUCCESS"
