Today I have reached day 30/30! I have never gone so far before. last week some hard barriers occured. I have gotten big trouble in my famil and at my thesis at once and I don't know, if I will be able to fix it. But thanks to @Nagos and @adez I did stick to noPMO at least. Thank you so much!!! Also big thanks to all the other guys here!!!

Failed today. Yes some of you might not use that word but I do. I feel terrible and I dont want that to change. I need to feel all that pain to fuel my motivation The plus side to this relapse is that I still retained like 90% of my benefits. Energy and confidence level are still high, can still maintain eye contact, etc.. guess those 18 hard work days didnt go down in the drain Starting a new streak day 0

Haven't updated in a while but i'm glad it's been goinv well.....day 7 done friday morning, day 8 done sarturday morning and day 9 done this morning.....currently on day 10...struggling with some issues but still determined to make it through.....a day at a time...
