Im choosing nofap

Hey all, I have been in and out of this forum for about a year and a half now. Accomplished couple of streaks and learned a lot from your posts.

i recently deleted all ma social media accounts and started looking at my life and my progress. I started hating pornography where I feel humilated when PMOING .

that is why i took a major step towards ma life. I already passed a huge step towards quitting. Which is having healthy habits all day long.

i cut all ties with social media to disappear for a while. Removed all toxic people from ma life which im shocked how many they were.

I want ma life back and this is going to be ma biggest success.

i need motivation!!!!!!
