I personally do deep breathing + meditation or do something that prevents me from looking at porn. But when I get home eventually even after resistance I go down. So what is YOUR strategy? Typical advice on this forum is go to gym/walk/socialize etc. but obviously you can't do that 24/7 there is a time where you have the opprotunity to PMO. What do you do at that exact moment to prevent it?

I tell myself "NO". This will be a waste if I do this. This will set me back. This will compromise my goal. This will go against what I now stand for. I am only allowed to orgasm with a REAL physical person… NOT with my hand. These affirmations work for me the majority of the time. It gets tough sometimes, especially if you're single.
