Day 0 So this will be my first post here and i guess my first day to start my nofap journey seriously. Nofap is not new to me, actually I started this journey a year ago but I always end up relapsing whenever I get through a week (a year of that cycle on and on, the struggle is real! its no joke). I'm too tired to go back to the same spot again and again... Any advice to break that chain?...
hi! @Hugh Patrick,. first of all welcome back and congratulations for taking the first step toward your journey. I'm also new here (just more than 3 weeks), and I'm not an expert. I suggest you to identify your triggers and write down them on a piece of paper, after that evaluate each trigger and think about ways to eliminate them.. hope it helps. wishing you luck.. stay strong..
DAY_1 my rules : - wake up early at 6.00 am - go to the gym at 7.00 am and 5.pm - spent about 3 hour to study english , every day - write my journal at 6.30am - Only used internet to work and never used to relax
Day 2 Abstained 0 history repeats itself... i pmo'd but im well determined...! Triggered: -Saw some unwanted and sexual provoking tumbnails on youtube. -Read some sexual scene/parts in a novel that im currently reading. Resolution: -Internet use will be narrowed down to 2 hours a day only...(use internet time wisely!) email updates and nofap forum is excluded... -Go immediately to nofap website if i read something thats inappropriate or sexual... This time i will do my notes publicly so everyone could see it, in that way if i tried to disobey the resolutions its in my consience that im just fooling myself... im going hard mode guys...
I'll advice you to stop reading that novel, if it's unimportant.. and, your resolution for internet usage is commendable..
DAY 3 - today is the nicest day ,I've ever had i woke up early at 6.30 am i planned to work and to study carefully , so i'll don't have enough time to thinking about PMO . Not only I join here to give up PMO , but also to improve my wrting skill.
