0/7 Hi guys I am an old member of Nofap. I left a few months before because this was not working for me , because frequent relapse was causing guilt and loosing confidence. Now I am here again to give myself one more chance. I have decided to see therapist soon. But I think I should need at least some amount of control over myself.
