Brothers i have been on nofap now for about 75 days. I still cannot control my urges. I have tried going without internet for few days it worked for sometime but as soon as i returned my hads automatically went to porn. Also , if i go away from net my mind starts controlling me....and my thoughts get out of control.
I want some advice, how these great fapstronauts have achieved that much control and discipline.
    Please help

  2. You're suggesting that you do not have a choice in the matter and that relapse just happens, which isn't true. It sounds like you simply need to exercise willpower and commit to this. Just like anything else; mental toughness and self-control takes time to build up, but you have to make considerable effort, which I don't think you're honestly doing. You need to want to get better; it seems to me like your short-term pleasure is the priority for you.

  5. Progress happens invisible. You can not allways detect it, but it is there believe me. go to youtube and listen to slight edge. Your brain is adapting. Do not make it too hard on yourself.

Remember this quote (credit to Tony Robbins):

"People are rewarded in public for what they have practised for years in private."

Progress doesn't happen overnight, or even over a month. Give it time and effort.

Porn addiction is a symptom of a problem, you have to address the real roots of the problem. Porn was an escapism from your life, you know have to take steps to rebuild your life so that porn stops being a problem. It's not easy but I think it is the only way.

Good luck and well done on 75 days!
