3 wins of yesterday: 1. Went to first therapy session. 2. Didn't PMO. 3. Talked to my boss about something that was bothering me.
3 wins of today: 1. Went to an afterwork drink and then successfully forced myself to go to a bar with girls from my work and one colleague. 2. Told stories and being the center od attention for a good 10-15 minutes without feeling awkward or uncomfortable. 3. Didn't have too much work to do.

Today's wins: 1. Socialized a bit afterwork attending 2 events (I was even told a girl enjoyed my comoany yesterday). 2. Talked calmy about an issue to a colleague and apologized for making her like she was stupid in the past by pointing out mistakes in an undiplomatic fashion. 3. Didn't PMO.
Today's wins: 1. Invited a friend to play arcade games at my place. First time inviting someone in my apartment. Succeas. 2. Told important thoughts I had on my mind to my mom about my dad (even though they aren't pretty). 3. Got a haircut (totally overdue). 4. Spent an hour at the sauna to relax.

3 wins of the day: 1. Had a meaningful conversation with my mom. 2. Visited a historical site with friends (military undergound complex from WW2). 3. Leg workout.
Yesterday wins: Knocked out a textbook I had to read at work Worked out immediately after work Unfortunately I relapsed, but I found a way to stop the endless ruminating and overthinking after it happened. Two things that helped me: realizing that disconnection is the true problem (got from another post) and giving value to others is what builds confidence and self-esteem
Its so weird but im watching this video now. Go watch it. Writing down 3 things that made you happy yesterday, do this every day at the end of the day for a week and it can effect your happiness for over 6 months.
