I have been getting a relapse dream for the third day in a row already and they are getting worse. What should i do to avoid having a possible wet dream?

Hi and welcome! This a subject that gets discussed a lot. A wet dream may be an embarrassment, but it is no relapse if that is your concern. Many of us have had to deal with dreams during a reboot. There may not be a way to avoid have a dream of one kind or another. But rest assured, just like when we were little they can’t hurt us. When I have had them in the past I gave thanks that I didn’t have to do that in real life.
Whatever happens, keep sharing about it here. We all have hills and valleys but we share and keep moving toward a common goal. Freedom from PMO.

I agree with what is stated above as in they are not intentional and should not be considered a relapse however I disagree that they do not pose harm or risk... In my experience a pornographic/wet dream can result in a slight setback in terms of recover. Im not sure I can say how many days as each brain is different and it is impossible to quantify but I have definitely had a return of symptoms such as anxiety, brain fog after a wet dream. Despite of this I'm sure other people have reacted differently to them and maybe showed no difference in symptoms after one so we're all different.

I just view wet dreams as a necessary part of the recovery process. Consulting and flushing out the subconscious if you like.
