Stay strong man. I'm 37. I've quit and stopped many times. I've come here to stop once and for all. I wish I could speak to my 18year old self and tell him to stop. P zaps all of the joy out of life. Always just searching for the next hot girl online to get off on. Good luck. I'm starting the journey over again as well.
That sucks man. Just get back on it. 5 days is good. I'm on my third day after a relapse. Try and learn your triggers and then set things up in place so you'll have something to do when you get low. Good luck, and stay strong.
