day 4..learning to put my energy towards "creating" of a different kind. Have been sitting down for 20 minutes the past 4 days and working on my book that i've said i'm going to write for years.

 

I just completed the 3 day challenge and now on to this one. Day 0

Starting over, I've locked myself down this time. If I relapse again the next 7days I'm getting rid of my phone for a while
