I did it ... day 9! First time in this year. Problem is: Many clothed women are triggering for me. But also I care more about humans!
14 Days Done, Challenge Completed. I started abstaining from 25th Aug, 12:30pm. The things that have been most helpful are Meditation(everyday) for 5-10 mins, being focused on learning things related to my profession and being busy in my work. I wish everyone best of luck for this. I know you can do this. You have the power within you. I am moving onto the 21 Days Challenge. My personal best day count has been 27 Days without PMO. I will try to break it this time.
Through with days 1 to 4 this time doing well... Mainly occupied by my exams am taking this week. Still staying away from social media and exercising regularly. This time I finish this challenge and move on to the next one
Hi guys, sorry that I hadn't posted anything for 2 days, I had been very busy during the weekend, I am a Christian so I went to Church this Sunday and I got super inspired, I also went out with my crush and we had an amazing weekend, she's leaving my city soon so we won't probably be boyfriend and girlfriend but the time I spent with her made me think how amazing will be to have a relationship with someone you love without the porn addiction getting in the way
