    Why is it so hard to quit I’ve really tried a lot to quit my addiction but the more I try the harder it is to quit the porn cycle never stops I even tried will power but I end up back at porn this is the part of my life I don’t want nobody to know it’s so hard to quit because I’ve done it for so many years

    What you resist, persists. You are powerful and your attention to what you think is wrong with you is powerful.
    Try to focus on things other than porn, including quitting it.
    Do you like adventures, psychology, sports? What interests you besides porn?
