Day 2/90 Checking in. Habits made: 1) Cold Shower.(Past 2 months) Habits to make: 1)Sleep Early. (Trying) 2)Learn to be Conscious all the Time. 3)Get up Early And Exercise. 4)Shower Early. 5)Stop being Idle. 6)Schedule the Day.
Day 17 without P. Day 4 without MO. No pain, no gain. Here comes the pain and I love it. Wet dreams non stop and I don't care
Do I? (Have a choice)? At certain conditions. If I peak for example that choice because very narrow. It is contingent to not looking (actively). The minute i open that door I'm done. And about powerlessness yes its the same. I'm powerless over pmo. If I get to say 90 days that's only a beginning. If I stop practicing my daily routines to avoid pmo of course I'm going back to it. Hence powerlessness. Let's not forget that if I were powerful over pmo I wouldn't be here in the first place.
33/90 I had a sex dream and was almost near having a wet dream. I regretted not finishing in my dream. But when I came to I asked the heavens to help so it doesn't continue. Now I realize I'm lucky I don't have to deal with the chaser effect.
Looks like I did day 8 twice so tonight day 11 of 90 Got teased today by a girl surprised I didn't get an urge afterwards
