DAY7/7 Challenge complete. I want to thank God for everything over the past 7 days. I am also grateful for noFap, in my darkest hour when I am overwhelmed by my urges the only thing that kept me going was the challenge. 14 days here I come.
Day 4/7 didn't really have the time to post, am stunned because I completely forgot I just hit day 4, something I realised is fun takes your mind off pmo , the last four days I was out travelling ,I completely forgot about pmo,it really works ,try it , I hope that I can complete it this time ,because I just got back home and am starting to feel the urges,anyways am here to win ,y'all can do it ,its not easy,its also not impossible,off to read success stories
