Everytime I relapse, it always starts this way: I'm scrolling through instagram and boom I see a hot girl. Then I say to myself a couple pics won't hurt, and then I fall back into my old habits of scrolling through porn sites again and next thing you know I'm masturbating. I tell myself "do not ejaculate", but then I say F it and then I ejaculate. It's always the same thing.

This is my first post on this platform and I came here because I really want to get rid of my addiction and experience the benefits of nofap. I already achieved 90 days + but now it's like im falling slowing back into my old habits and I don't want that... Any tips? Thanks a lot.
    Day 1 here.

First of all, you're not weak, you're simply kind of off the right path when it comes to porn. Second of all, you must rewire your brain into thinking that pornography is disgusting, as well as masturbation if you want to get rid of that too. See, you fall back into porn because your unconscious has tremendous power over you, and since so many of those past pornographic images are stored in there you seemingly relapse out of nowhere. Think of your unconscious as the recycling bin which is responsible for the accumulation of trash in a single recycling station; every time you recycle correctly and remove organic waste from your plastic containers you contribute to an efficient and clean recycling station, which accumulates trash because you're the only one who works there. Now you see, every time you throw out stuff that's basically your conscious mind disposing of things which it finds no longer important at the present moment, and it passes that unnecessary baggage onto your unconscious realm, which stores memories, thoughts, ideas, and images for a certain period of time. The problem you and me are facing with porn addiction/ masturbation is that we try to change our conscious thinking but do not try to clean out our subconscious, which means that we store gunk in our brains more than it needs to stay there. Now, in order to fish out some of that gunk and remove it we must bring it back into the conscious, and then make it known to our brains that we no longer wish to store that information in our brains. I think a good way of doing this is writing and drawing whatever pornographic material your brain remembers, and then filling it up with things you find disgusting, and then disposing of the paper. You must concentrate hard though, because you want to retrieve gunk from your unconscious, not your conscious, so avoid watching porn or anything sexual for some time, like twelve hours or a few days, and then try what I told you about. After you retrieve enough gunk you will feel less tempted to view porn, but you are still susceptible, so you must do more. The next thing you should do is make your brain correlate porn with something painful, or something disgusting, so watch videos of people discussing how porn destroyed their lives on YouTube, and perhaps view images that will make porn seem unappetizing, if you can stand such things. Also, repeat to yourself that watching porn supports sex slaves and violence, and do this on a regular basis. After all that you're going to need support, so either try spending more time with family, friends, or trying to meet new people and going out to festivals or something. Talking with a parent may not seem like fun, but it will take your mind off porn for a while. Finally, AVOID being ALONE. Being alone is like the worst trigger that exists, so use your phone in a communal area of the house (non-private) and disconnect your computer and hide the cables if you must. Also, try blocking adult content on your phone, since it will discourage your brain from trying to get turned on by porn images. I know this seems like a lot, and perhaps telling your parents about your problem could solve your problem, but I assume you want to remove porn from your head totally, so try to do what I said and each night tell yourself that you're proud of abstaining from porn and that you did good. Good luck, and if all else fails, there's always the option of telling your parents and getting in trouble, or getting professional help. Hope my language isn't too hard to understand.
