in my experience,it is the most important lesson to learn in order to pass this challenge,beside changing the lookout and attitudes toward sex. You stepped up by learning this, but when you employ it and make this part of yourself you truly change for the better.

The 6th A Sunday that started very well. Performed my morning routine then went to church though for some reason I did not enjoy the service and the association thereafter. I've spent the afternoon learning some coding then taking a long nap. I think today I just wanted my solitude. Reading is also keeping me very busy and I learning so much on how to deal with life. The Now Habit book has given me essential tools to overcome procrastination which has been a major problem in my life. I am now starting to see the benefits of scheduling my whole week well in advance. I will be creating my schedule later today before I sleep.
