Friends I haven't been able to go past week 1 since last 3 months of nofap. I wasn't able to figure out the reason but I've finally got it. I have been relapsing because I give into even the slightest of triggers. There are days which pass smoothly. No triggers, no urges. But this can't happen every day. I get a trigger and I relapse. I get a trigger and I just loose all control on my thoughts. I just do it. So can you tell me how to Ignore and Forget about these things? How can I control or distract myself when I get these triggers?

The thing that worked for me is to write down reasons (atleast 5) why I want to quit, think deeply about how it has screwed me over the years!
At this point, already very emotional, I decide to quit, and think of all the good things that’s going to come out of this, which strengthen my resolve!
Then I come up with a plan to replace my bad habits with good ones, and try to stick to it. Try to go out more.
Last and most important is porn blockers on all devices.
    Hope this help bro!

the WORST thing you can do is feel guilt or shame about it.

realize, that it's possible some evil spirit is simply overpowering your will, to be and do what you want to be and do.

these beings are much more powerful than you. and that is fact, why they get off on it, it proves they are more powerful than you.

and then AFTER They make you destroy yourself obey their will, to the point of self destruction, they WILL make you feel GUILTY for it. that is the mind control.

just look at the bible, how it's all about 'sin' and guilt. for things these gods make you do in the first place. so once you feel GUILTY, you FEAR RIGHTEOUS PUNISHMENT, because you are guilty, and they are 'good', and they have the RIGHT to treat you like this.

this is why you subconsciousness accept this slave reality , to their private central banks, at the deepest level. you don't believe you dESERVE to be rich, or be in control.

  4. This is the issue. You must learn to control your thoughts. This battle begins in our mind, and that is where we must fight and win it.

I use the FREEdom process. There are many other such mindfulness meditation techniques. The unhelpful thought must be processed in a healthy, decisive way the moment it enters your mind.

Well I won't have the bible, as I'm a Hindu not a Christian. I may see Bhagavad Geeta instead.:D

I really like watching movies. I'm really having to keep it PG, white attempting a reboot. sometimes nudity, or like sex pop in when you don't expect it. And sometimes, the actress is just too cute, lol.

I've considered handcuffing myself around the bathroom toilet after cold shower. Honestly best thing whats been working for me is AP , would of relapsed days ago if not that individual.
Good luck man and change the channel.
