hey guys.. i've been at it since 16...im 23 now(b'day last week)...thought i'd be clean from then on..relapsed on a sunday...without bugging everyone with all details...im a med student...play guitar...go running..swim...cycling....(all inconsistently)please help me out...shag is interfering every aspect of my life...i loved music about 3 years ago...now i just can't even feel the groove the sweetness of it...i cant study for long...cant focus....my mind is just jumping from one thing to another...dont wanna run or go out(stopped feeling that runner's high too a few weeks ago)..just wanna be at home and sleep or rather do nothing at all...lost my apetite too...that sucks man...hate myself...even though i know shag is bad i end watchin porn and then relapsing...been addicted to this from 6 years...been letting down my parents...flunk every subject man...longest i've gone is 3 months but that too with just porn...PLEASE HELP ME OUT...
What's up man, I know exactly what you're going through. I'm 24 and we have just about the same interest for music and sports and sometimes you find it hard to concentrate. I'm new to this site too, I think we all need an accountability partner to at least help us to start getting on the right path.
