Okay, so I usually get two or three wet dreams per week which arent usually erotic dreams. Seeing as semen retention is one of the major reasons why this works, wet dreams often feel like a relapse for me. I found that Kegel exercises didn't help me. What other alternatives have been successful for you?

PS I've been doing this for 5 months and the frequency of wet dreams has remained fairly consistent throughout.

Thanks for that. SR certainly is an interesting thing to explore for sure. But if it gets obsessive it actually distorts your relationship with your sexuality. And then the entire idea and benefits of SR go out the window entirely anyway.

    You shouldn’t worry about it.

But if you want to improve it’s actually very easy.

Just stop thinking about sex all the time.

Have your mind busy with something else.

Focus on something you can do with this new found energy you have.

Imagine you can learn a new skill. Write code, start a blog, build a business, get some hustle on the side for income. Just something!

Sleep on the floor. I swear it works, been doing it for about 2 months now and not once had a wet dream nor played with myself.

  6. Wet Dreams are actually not bad, the substance released from it during sleep is not the same substance as during ejaculation through sex or fapping, it’s just the body trying to dispose of certain unnecessary fluids, it still happens to me 2+ years into nofap and when it does it’s usually because I ate too much food earlier that day (especially if it’s high in sugar).

Actually, according to the ancient ayurveda of India, wet dreams are natural. If they do not occur, then too we have a problem, because the body will automatically flush out the excess semen. And there is no need to worry because you won't lose the same amount of semen in nightfalls as compared to PMO. So don't get worried mate.

  8. I think that if your brain isn´t full of thoughts about sex / how he miss the PMO / other triggers, that wet dreams are MOSTLY off.

At least my experience is that on my previous streaks I had always wet dream around Day 8-9 and next was after another week or 2, but on this actual journey where I study more informations about PMO addiction & semen retention I didn´t have any wet dream yet (sexual dream, yes, but not horny dreams, only dreams about girlfriend where I was actually pretty conscious about that sex). And today I´m on Day 57 without any wet dream.

This too plays an important part, for me, the wet dreams occur in every 7 days, and for some people, it occurs very rarely, because of the thoughts in their mind. Hence, the occurrence of nightfalls vary from person to person

It's a natural bodily function, it's involuntary, and it's in no way a relapse. Just clean up when it happens and go on with your day, and be grateful you have a young and fully functional body.

Its normal you cant stop it. Like everyone says. Dont worry about just clean yourself and enjoy life be happy that you have fapping under control. Semen retention is about holding in your semen voluntarily you cant control your body while you sleep which is involuntary.

In order for your body to create new and active sperm it needs to go through this process. Wet dreams kill dead sperm cells, so don't feel as though you've relapsed bro!
