Extreme anger? Is this common on nofap, not using porn?

I just stopped PMO 2 days again after a binge, and today someone did something that annoyed me and I got extreme unnecessary anger. I actually punched the door and put a hole in it, and I was wanting to shout and argue. I actually felt like I wanted to get in a fight.

I'm not sure if there is just something else wrong with me, or if nofap, not using porn can cause this?

  2. I can give you a point of view, but you haven't given sufficient details. I believe you realize punching a hole in door is not a proper way of dealing with anything, right?
Is that the kind of guy you want to be known as?
Think, dude. You are using your fist to do two things: Pleasure yourself, which causes you stress. And punch things, which definitely causes you anger and more stress.
So, without much info about you, I do not think porn or PMO are the real problems as much as symptoms of something else. Consider speaking to a professional. At very least, get your feelings out in a journal and think about the man you really want to be.

My first question to you: before this happened, have you in the past has been angry/upset/stressed out for any reason and you had decided to PMO yourself? be completely honest because I had done it in the past myself and that's why I'm asking you directly.

From my personal experience, that is part of PMO trust me. When I ignore my body from PMO for a couple of days I'm angry, cranky or stress out because my body is so used to it that makes it so difficult to ignore it (well before, now I had learned to control my body a little bit more).
I would recommend you to read The Porn Trap: The Essential Guide to Overcoming Problems Caused by Pornography, you will have a better understanding of what your body is going through because of porn, it completely help me.

You can purchase the book on Amazon and this is the link: https://www.amazon.com/Porn-Trap-Es...the+porn+trap&qid=1564450855&s=gateway&sr=8-1

Good luck on your journey, and whatever you do never give in to the temptation cause you will feel like crap afterward, but if you do, NEVER quit even if you collapse, get up and try again.
