Gary Wilson in his book "Your Brain On Porn" said " Unaccustomed premature ejaculation Although rare when compared to ED or delayed ejaculation, heavy porn users do sometimes report this symptom. Premature ejaculation from porn use may seem counterintuitive. Two possible explanations come to mind. Perhaps a guy has trained his nervous system to ejaculate very quickly (or while partially erect)." if I has traind my nervous system to ejaculat very quickly, what would be the soluation?
I guess if you trained your nervous system to PE, it can also be un-trained. There are tips available but they include masturbation (just a different kind of it) which is sort of contradicting the NoFap philosophy.
I could you please share me the link of the book or website which explain that tips. I will be grateful for that. ------- Note: I had been so good before I tried reaching to orgasm so fast to finish the operation. sometimes I was in a hurry to get some sleep. in addition, there were many other reasons. I was masturbating 3 to 8 a week. I did not realize that my brain would have been trained crazily. I wish someone had the same and he could overcome it. I have suffered for more than 2 years. I feel so disappointed, depressed and most up.
I was wondering if anyone experienced this too. I haven't ever had an issue with PIED but I think that I wired my brain the opposite way. I'm hoping hard mode reboot will help...
of course but, as I said before, it's sort of contradicting NoFap - I think it can be done with not using porn tough.... Here's the link: https://www.pegym.com/forums/premature-ejaculation-forum/68863-edging-premature-ejaculation.html
A lot of PE cases come from pelvic floor dysfunctions. The Bulbospongiosus muscle is responsible for the contractions needed to push semen through the urethra. When you have an unusually high pelvic muscle tone, this dysfunction can cause PE. Almost everyone who has a tense pelvic floor has PE. Many people report that kegels help with PE. The reason it helps is because it relaxes the pelvic floor muscles. This is also why people recommend being relaxed during sex and why being anxious causes PE, because you are involuntarily flexing your pelvic floor muscles, making them push for orgasm much sooner than you like. Pelvic floor downtraining is a safe, easy, but long process of fixing PE. Hit me up if you want more info or even a workout idea. I have been fixing my pelvic floor for months already and finally see how important goo pelvic floor heatlh is.
https://www.pelvicpain.org.au/easy-stretches-to-relax-the-pelvis-men/ These are a good start. You can google them as well. But you should start with belly-breathing. This is KEY. You should learn your body to belly-breathe during your woke hours. This will not only relax the body and mind, but also the pelvic floor. Google belly-breathing and you will find a good explanation of what it is. youtube has some guiding videos as well
Thank you!!! You are lovely Trying the belly breathing because it has even more benefits than just solving PE. In combination with Kegels and a few stretches it should train and help your pelvic floor to relax. During sex with your partner try belly breathing and don't tense your pc muscle. What I do additional is to masturbate sometimes without porn, just with imagination and do it for 20-30 minutes. It should help you to get your feeling for the plateau phase back. If it's hard for you, try to think for yourself "that's feeling good" and feel the feelings in your body.
I like that last part. It is good to be mindful and take back control of your body. Control your feelings instead of your feelings controlling you. Retrain your nervous system to not go in full ejaculation mode the first signals it receives.
