It feels weird, does anyone has similar experience?

So, when I used to watch porn and masturbate, it was easy to talk to women in my friend circle. But now I'm abstaining from Porn and Masturbation, all of a sudden I find it difficult to do so because the moment I see them, my mind starts to think of ways to get into their pants. I feel like I'm objectifying them. Did anyone else experience the same? How can I get over this?

Sort of. Assuming your counter is accurate, you won't really have started to have any major changes yet - you're still in withdrawal. It would kind of make sense to your brain to fill that hole with any sexual imagery it can, because that's how you've trained it. I wouldn't worry, but it might be a good idea to just avoid talking to the ladies for a few days (so you don't creep anybody out). The other major weapon in your arsenal is empathy - it's the complete opposite of the objectification you're talking about, concentrate on seeing them as people. What are their hopes, their dreams, their fears? What do they want (hint: it's probably not you, sad to say). How are they feeling? How would you feel in their situation? etc. etc.

    Hope this helps
