There are two options, there you have clinical depression and medication is doing what it should be doing or you are temporarily depressed and using medication to cope.
If you have depression then this maybe normal state for you, I would be glad you feel motivated. And you should manage your porn use.
If you are temporarily depressed, then you will feel pretty bad if you get off meds and porn use will make it even worse.

Mood altering medications always work very well from the start and it takes few months to really begin to see both positives and drawbacks of their use. So be vigilant.

 

If you feel yourself too good compared to your life situation, that is always the silence before the big storm.

I would be careful with ADs. They can cause PSSD.

 

Go and talk to a coke addict, they will say their first few weeks sniffing coke was amazing, but a couple of years down the line they lost their business, their car, family... Good luck with that shit.
