It's about 3pm over here and I've nearly finished the Challenge. I want to report my finishing results now and I won't come back (unless I relapse). So as it looks now I didn't watch porn or subs nor did I engage in masturbation for three days. My nutrition was quite good but far from perfectly healthy. Exercise ok. I didn't order or clean anything at home until now and I didn't improve in mindfulness. After work I spend quite some time on my computer, but it was always restrained and willfully, never compulsive. I didn't binge on anything. My next Challenge will be to abstain from P and M in holidays and in between. Have a good one y'all! Stay clean!
