    I am excited to be apart of this community! I am an 18 year old male who has had a PMO issue since around age 12 and after feeling guilt and shame and weak for using I came across info and research that informed me of the negative side and noticed i related to most of the problems an have come here to make a better porn free life for myself and change for the better.
