If you're sexually arroused it's normal to get some precum. I don't think this interferes with your reboot.
Yeah I asked the same question and what Red Eagle said is true, so I think you're fine. I had a case where I was talking to this girl at my workplace, and noticed the same thing. This happens when you're sexually aroused, and it's just a way of your penis lubricating itself before sex. Besides, if you were ejaculating while these instances happen, then there might be something seriously wrong.
I don't think precum affects hormones or the physical realm much, but for me it interferes with my mental reboot because usually when I'm leaking precum is when my mind is lost in sex. I think of precum as a sign that I'm pushing the limits and should back off.
The point that it is transparent is a clear sign that its pre sexual fluid - It doesn't affect your reboot.

Learning some things here. I remember back when i was a teen in my early days of masturbating i never had pre-cum. My question would be that should i expect pre cum to go away when i am fully recovered?
