Sure, I think abstaining from edging especially and PMO in general will cure it to some degree. If it is real bad you might need prostate drugs like Flomax and Avodart too. Avoiding stress helps as well as exercising - lifting weights is best as it increases testosterone levels. Lowered T levels as you age is what causes BPH in all men as they age. Since you are only 29, I doubt you have BPH though. Too much caffeine and alcohol can mimic it and make you pee all night too - if that is your main symptom. If peeing is laboured (hard to start and dribbling at the end), then I suggest you see a urologist. Hope that helps.
