Hi nofappers! I just improved on my best streak! My last was 42 days, and now I'm on my 44th! Almost half of the challenge now that I think of it. But I just got a bad urge because of an unexpected trigger, and went to a Psite I used to go to. Thankfully I didn't click on a thumbnail and watch a video! I'm happy I didn't relapse! Pheeeeewwww. Anybody had an experience like this and stopped himself? Nofap on brothers!
Yup! I was watch tv... And bam my mind filled with ideas. I got as far as you and closed it. Sooo glad I did too)
That's great! I was almost feeling the depressed feeling that you get when you relapse, I think that made me stop. It just felt really wrong.
