Start Date: Jan 25, 2019 Day 126/129 no PM (relapsed day 51, 70, 102) Day 27/90 consecutive no PM Day 129 no alcohol or caffeine Day 97 weight training - just checking in to say I'm still feeling a lot of urges lately but holding strong so far - hopefully these urges will leave and I can be at peace again - going on a week of urges now, ugh!
Day 9. I honestly thought today was day 10, but I'm one short. Oh well, it makes no difference. I'll enjoy the journey even more. I do have to say that my restlessness has increased a bit. It's just a wee bit harder to not think about sex, porn, jerking off or anything of that sort. I think I might have had a wet dream at night because I woke up with a stiffy. I might keep a journal from now on, it might make things easier.
3 days. My attitude is changing. Realising my sexual urges should not bother me. Feel them and then move on. No stress.
Day 90/90! It is done. For the first time ever in my life. Thanks to everyone who took part in this challenge. Onto 365 day challenge now. Good luck all!
