Day 4. Much better 24 hour cycle than day 3's. Certain I'll make day 7 Monday but it's been an ugly streak. Debating whether my next move is a strict hard mode 7 streak or a step up and hard mode 14 day. The "rules committee" (Me) is thrilled that there's been no actual porn, no tinder or bumble, no O's, no long term fapping but ... I've reached for the crotch, allowed provocative thoughts to linger and otherwise been outside of hard mode more than I want. Next time regardless of what it is I'm going to define strictly in and out of bounds and not give the lizard brain any wiggle room. Wiggle room has made this harder than it should be. All that ... but day 4.
