Hi all. Due to circumstances I won’t get into here, I most likely won’t have sex for a few years. Even though I’ve given up PMO (relapsed at 57 days, at 7 now) I’m really struggling with high sex drive and thinking about sex for a good portion of the day. I try thinking about other stuff and I blank and come back to thinking about sex very quickly. Any tips on how to combat this?
Avoid watching movies with highly sexualized scenes (of which there are many). Try going for a run in the morning and hit the gym more often. Use your discretion though, because there some attractive women at the gym that can trigger sexual desires. Avoid Instagram! and similar social media platforms.. try to talk with loved ones face to face more often Don't be too hard on yourself I know how horrible the experience can be, but if you do your part to recover, time will take care of the rest.. -Hope I was able to assist you.
