Hello dear brothers Returning as have kind of lost myself recently and this side of things has been a big part of that. Old underlying trauma working like a glacier of anxiety so that I’m almost unaware of it. And of course the unconscious acting out and seeking for healing in all the wrong places. Day one again yesterday: Meditation Yoga Walk in woods Breathwork Rewarded myself with homemade organic pizza for dinner. Just want to get away from the screen and rediscover intimacy. That’s my goal. Have no energy at all at moment. Thank you each and everyone of you on here for your posts. Reading the forum inspires and helps.
Ps would welcome any thoughts on how to keep away from phone and screens especially after a couple of days of ‘resting’ that’s when it seems to sneak in. Thanks
