    A week Into nofap... Would have been impossible if hadn't joined in the first place

    Reading the success stories on here has been an eye opener for me.people who have been through way... Way.. worse cases of addiction than I, have gone on to defy all odds. It's amazing.. And I feel amazing too. I want to be a success story. I'm looking foward to another week of nofap

    First steps are the hardest. Sometimes first withdrawal... But once you keep it steady, it's not that bad at all
