    I've been broken up with my gf about two months ago, and Nofap is making me hella emotional , crave a relationship and sex. I see women in a better light(less likes objects), however, maybe too much. I never want to go back to porn, but i feel like fapping in moderation with imagination would help me not do something stupid, like sleep with my ex or some random girl I don't like. Honestly dealing with loneliness, and I don't see me getting a girl any time soon. Anyone dealing with intense cravings for intimacy not just porn?

    You are want do sex and this is really normal. And I sad for you. Don't watch porn. Meet new girls but don't go to whorehouse (in this womens are doing fake emotion) and this is dangerous. If you will meet new girls, you can forget your old gf.
