My journey on nofap

tomorrow I will reached half of 90 days challenge, and I got some weird feeling of urges. They wear off quite quickly and I just feel like tired and whatever, I think I am in a flatline.

Now that I have finally known that nofap is not about the benefits, but the personal principle and your own belief.

 

btw I strongly suggest to uninstall instagram, which is just a trigger for everything related to porn

 

Now day 45, half of the 90 day challenge is done! To be honest, I don't feel so energetic and probably experiencing flatline. It is holiday for me and days without school are quite boring and monotonous, with me having too much free time I am worried what might happen.

Will do a 50 days reflection soon!

 

Today I am having no urges at all, and things are getting better for me!

BTW I have a really important competition/exam tomorrow so good luck me!

 

I have deleted instagram for 3 days now and the urges reduced by a lot! Probably instagram explicit images are the trigger

 

49 days and I can tell you that nofap isn't hard at all. I just don't think about it and once you are so determined, nothing is going to stop you

50 days reflection: I feel more energy, and hardly any urges in these days! There is really nothing to say, because once you've done it, you will feel the same as me!

 

Feeling perfectly fine and all urges are gone

 

60 days, definitely feeling it, don't feel any filthy thoughts running in my mind!
