First Time

So I am kind of new to this and I guess I don't know what to expect. I have had a porn and masturbation addiction since I was 11 years old and I am currently 23 today. Recently I have been making a lot of changes in my life to improve who I am and to become better and more motivated. For me porn and masturbation has ruined a lot of relationships, but it has also rewired a lot of the way that I think I feel. I want to completely quit masturbation and pornography because I want to feel what it is like to be free of addiction. This is something that is going to be extremely hard for me because porn and masturbation was a daily thing for me. I am hoping that later down the road this is something I can be proud of, and something that will help me to maintain healthier relationships, and a healthier me as well.
