Shows that your transformation is in progress. Good sign. Do some healthy things, sports, a walk outside, visit friends or family, enjoy pets if you have. If you would have done PMO, you won’t be able to enjoy that things so much.
Day 0 again, I relapsed to PMO. Battling the chaser effect the next couple of days is going to be tough Does anyone have any advice on how to battle during the transition of completing a previous challenge and starting a new one?

Iv Ive been there brother. One day a time. Your brain is looking for a trigger to latch on to... its not gonna be like that forever.
Day6/30.... Another saturday... i hope i dont lie to myself that i can watch a movie past my movie time because its saturday. Lord willing, i am going to day 7. I am not stopping till 30.
