    Hi all,

I’ve been through the whole porn addiction thing and totally understand and appreciate what it is. Thankfully those days are behind me now. The reason I have come on here is just to keep myself on track. I do sometimes slip up and end up viewing porn that I wish I hadn’t, but in general I’m doing fine. I usually PMO around once or twice a week and would like to abstain from PMO for a month and see how I go.

    Cheers,

Welcome to NoFap. I think you'll enjoy your time here. Lots of people here have recovered from their addiction, so I think the same thing will happen for you.

    All good today, no triggers.
Got out for a long bike ride and I’m feeling relaxed. There’s no pent up sexual frustration.
Thanks drac16 for saying hello. Recovery is a slow process but it does get easier.

Am still on track, having to ask no great questions of my conscience. Still early days.

This noFap forum is really helping me. Even though I’ve not posted much I’m keeping to my wish of no PMO. The thought crossed my mind earlier of pmo’ing and having noFap to hold me accountable switched my thought pattern to “ah sure why not” to “ I’ll go and write something on noFap”.
