I'm a man on a mission

  1. I'm a man on a mission - a mission to stop my bad habits and quit PMO forever. Never again will I be considered a porn-consuming abomination. Instead, I'll be considered a man - a man who stood up against arguably one of the world's biggest problems facing society. I will give my best shot and not go down without a fight. Wish me luck, folks.

Good for you! It is a long term battle...one I have been in on and off for 25+ years. If you set realistic expectations, replace bad habits with good one and truly commit it is doable. One day at a time.

  3. Thanks for the advice, man. Always trying to improve my life and I think NoFap builds a foundation for that. Crazy how you've been at it for over 25 years. I'm only 14. I wish to accomplish what you've accomplished so far. Take care.

  4. Every time I see someone so young on this site, it saddens me as it's a reminder of how easy it is to find and get addicted to this stuff so young. But then I remember that you're here to fix the problem, which is awesome! When I was your age and looking at porn, I did not have the presence of mind to know that it was a legitimate problem. Get rid of the habit now, while you can! Just by coming here, you've got a great start.

  5. Yeah. I want to be a good role-model for my age. I don't use social media, I don't watch porn (anymore and hopefully forever), I don't swear, I barely use my phone, I take cold showers everyday, I don't drink anything other than water and milk (and sometimes lemonade), I do the Wim Hof method, I get good amounts of sleep every night, I go to the gym often. Basically, I'm trying to put my health first and look apart from the stereotypical teenager. I find that in today's society people are doing things they won't benefit from. I know that everybody does that to an extent, but teenagers especially, fall victim to doing this a lot. And, worse of all in my opinion, nobody is doing anything about it. I'm working towards a spiritually, mentally and emotionally, socially and physically better life. In my country, it's called "hauora", which translates to "well-being". And I think I'm doing really good. I'm always feeling 100% and I'm always feeling really positive. I hope to inspire other teenagers to make the changes I have to better their own lives.
