Hello im a porn addict. No question about it. Im glad im apart of this forum because i really want to get rid of this addiction. I feel like it has taken control of me. Im on day 1 of my hopeful lifelong abstinence from pmo. I really want to quit pmo forever. I am excited to experience the benefits of this journey. I have been pmoing every day since i was 11. I am currently 19 but i turn 20 next month. It has had some major effects on me which i think ive been to unaware to realize until recently. The most major effect i have is erectile dysfunction.
