    I mastrubated for past 10yrs.i wanted to get out of porn but i am not able to for even 3 days.what can i do to have my motivation more.please suggest some ideas on it.also please suggest how to stop mastrubating

    U have a long way to go ... i suggest u read success story's here Success Stories | NoFap® ... learn how other people do it and see what's best for u (what work & what's not from the tips they share)... and it's all about discovering yourself that's the bigest part of your journey ... and no matter what keep trying and don't quit because u have to bust your ass off to be free ... it's difficult but it's possible if other's did it so why not me and u ?wish u all the best buddy .an d btw check out this post i found it hvery helpfull for me :cues .
