instagram = thots attention seeking. There is literally no need for any girl that is decent and respects herself to post pics with her ass/legs/tits.
This is quite old but i was reading through threads out of interest. You can temporarily deactivate instagram on laptop
any social media application is useless unless it is for something productive. see people you follow on instagram, they have a purpose to be on instagram, they can charge huge amount of money for brand endorsements, but people following them brainlessly should need to think again why? live free and stand tall.
Best advice I think. Once you get out of the habit of scrolling through pictures of half naked women and overhead shots of French Dips and Ceasar Salads, its not a bad app to network with. I keep my following to musicians, some clothing brands, music equipment companies like Pioneer, and that's about it. I try not to just start scrolling away, and get on only if I want to post something of my own. Hell I even had to block the "people you may know" section on Facebook because girls insist on having their tits halfway out and ass up on the counter in half the pictures.
I agree with @Jon_Stark . Giving attention and validation for nothing in return is supplicative behavior. Hit on women in public, they get the attention, you get the number.
Is it normal? I assume many guys do it. But if it causes you to relapse then you should stop looking at your Instagram or at least unfollow people that get you to fap.
Honestly what helps me is repeating this when I scroll and stumble across one, search for one or feel the urge. I just tell myself it's not worth your time, stop engaging, it's not worth it these are just models don't waste your time. I don't mind looking but it can be used to your benefit just look for something else or don't use ig at all. With my adhd i can bore myself out of scrolling my mind wants the real thing photos and reels are just teasing yourself.
Abso-freaking-lutely. Instagram is porn lite. It’s only a matter of time before a post triggers you enough that you relapse. “Oh, I’ll just check out her page,” leads to a rabbit hole that only ends with a relapse.
