Hey! What do you guys do instead of facebook? Usually I chat there, but it's full of pictures of girls and doesn't work, feeling my pathways light up. Lol.
While I'm sure there are different ways to deal with this: I'm trying to keep myself on Facebook regardless of the luring aspectsit has. I think the place should be used for its positive purposes - chatting with good friends, not flirting with girls! I've cut back on other online services that encourage me to relapse but letting the experiment to mess with the way I'm connecting with my friends is something I would not tolerate myself. Yet I've actually seen my want to talk with friends on the phone and setting more f2f hang-outs / gatherings has been a welcome side-effect after understanding how PMO relates to my heavy online time. I'm hoping for the best for you though, stay strong and good luck in find the right solution to this!
