I'm on day 5 out of 7. Once I reach day 7 it will be the longest I've gone with PMO in at least 4-5 YEARS if not longer!!!
Day 5 is really rough..have a huge headache..trying to focus on work but I can't. I watched a video talking about the brain on porn and it showed (censored) explicit video scenes which is making me really, really want to relapse. I went to check my e-mail and I accidentally typed in my email address and password for my porn stash email account without realizing it (i was just in some kind of automatic mode) and accidentally ran into some text that also makes me want to relapse. Can't stop thinking about women right now and feeling weak.
I failed again But definitely Im not giving up I need to do something new I need to be motivated to quit this #NotGivingUpIsMyPower ___ I'll retake this challenge again! Day 0/7
Day 5/7!!! I have been having a huge amount of boners. Got to be careful. When i wake up in the morning i am elevated like 2 inches from my matres cuz i got a boner yikes
I end up doing edging today. I was going to do pmo but I left the room and started walking and it helped me to suppress my urges. I will never open porn sites in my phone and whenever I do I will come here and write about it.
